As we continue to gather and worship together, we are reminded of the importance of presenting ourselves in a manner that honors our faith and reflects our values. We encourage everyone to embrace decent Christian dress as part of our commitment to modesty and respect within our community.

Guidelines for Decent Christian Dress:

Modesty: Choose clothing that is modest and appropriate, avoiding attire that is revealing or provocative.

“Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.” — 1 Peter 3:3-4 (NIV)
Respect: Wear outfits that respect the sacredness of our worship space and our fellowship with one another.

“Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?” — 1 Corinthians 3:16 (ESV)
Simplicity: Opt for simple, clean, and neat clothing that aligns with the spirit of humility and reverence.

“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.” — Colossians 3:12 (NIV)
We believe that our outward appearance is an extension of our inner devotion and respect for God and each other. By dressing decently, we create a welcoming and respectful environment for all members and visitors.
